Maker Faire 2012 in Kansas City is about 2 months away. For those that don't know what Maker Faire is:
:bulletred: It focuses on the "applied" (for lack of better term) arts; such as Industrial Design (transportation design, product design, exhibit design, furniture design, etc) - the arts that focus on "the making of things" and "the art of making things" - and on Engineering and Science.

Time To Renew Super-Group
It's about time to renew the super-group status for this group, and I wanted to make sure everyone knows that if they want to, they are more than welcome to help with the cost of the renewal ($60/year). 'The Great Plains' - Release Delayed
Due to some circumstances, the release for Issue 1 of The Great Plains magazine will be delayed. When the circumstances are resolved, we'll let you know when the first issue will be released.

Apologies
Since there has been some happenings on and off dA that have grabbed my full attention. I am writing this blog to apologize for the lack of feature this month thus far. I intend to have one posted soon, but that all depends on what comes of my job interview tomorrow (Wednesday) morning.
